Our Purpose is to build strong people - by instilling positive habits, self-belief and resilience with care and trust at the forefront.

Our Mission is to raise the health and fitness of people across North Wales and the Northwest. 

We strive to cultivate progress in each of our members by delivering outstanding classes and 1-1 coaching, nurturing a supportive community, and promoting healthy and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Our Classes

  • CrossFit

    Our CrossFit classes are accessible to all. You’ll get a workout as well as develop ing strength and skill work. Everything you need to get healthier, fitter and more body confident.

  • Gymnastics

    Build strength, agility and coordination along with learning something new! From push ups to handstands - this class is aimed at all levels.

  • Weightlifting

    Weightlifting classes focus on the two olympic lifts - snatch and clean & jerk.

    The class involves technique building drills and strength sets to get you lifting & shifting on the barbell!

  • Classics (50+)

    Our Classics Class runs twice a week at 11am on a Monday & Wednesday. Aimed at an older demographic, workouts are tailored to meet the needs of the group in a safe and supportive space.
