Our Classes

CrossFit
Our CrossFit classes are accessible to all. We follow CAP Programming from CrossFit HQ, it includes classic benchmark workouts, strength and skill work, combined with partner and team workouts too. Everything you need to get healthier, fitter and more body confident.

Gymnastics
We offer gymnastics classes for members to focus on developing the strength and coordination needed to be proficient at the high skill bodyweight movements - from muscle ups to push ups and everything in between. You can access these classes if you have the Speciality Class Bolt on!

Weightlifting
Weightlifting classes focus on the two olympic lifts - snatch and clean & jerk. Both developing the technique and positional strength to develop good movement mechanics for our members. You can get access when you have the Speciality Class Bolt on too!

SWEAT
Our Sweat classes are designed to keep you moving for a full 45 mins, with only short breaks for rest and coaching. It’s a lower skill class, no barbells or complex gymnastics, just a good fun sweat session.
