Class Schedule

  • CrossFit

    A combination of strength, conditioning and skill development. Classes are accessible for all and will develop overall fitness. Workouts vary each day - there’s always something for everyone!

  • Gymnastics

    A speciality gymnastics class for members to focus on developing the specific strength and coordination needed to be proficient at bodyweight movements - from push ups to muscle ups and everything in between.

  • Weightlifting

    Weightlifting classes focus on developing the two olympic lifts - snatch and clean & jerk. The focus is on improving technique, positional strength and confidence with a barbell.

  • Classics

    Our super social class specific for those aged 50 years and over. Programming and coaching is tailored to meet the needs of the group, with a focus on building strength, stability and stamina.

  • Open GYM

    A time to use the gym space and equipment to follow your own specific programming or prehab/rehab.

  • CrossFit Kids

    A class aimed at children aged 7-13. Through dedicated coaching, teamwork and play, the children learn foundational movements of CrossFit in a safe, fun and engaging space.
