Can anyone do CrossFit?
Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. Every training session or workout is modified for each person to ensure they safely become fitter and healthier.
Do I need to already be in shape to start CrossFit?
No! Regardless of your current fitness level, you can start CrossFit. Every workout is infinitely scalable, and designed to help you succeed, improve your fitness, and move you toward your goals.
Do you offer a loyalty bonus?
Yes, if you pay upfront for 12 months you get a bonus month for free.
How often do you recommend people train per week?
We recommend between 3-5 times per week. Rest days are important. Recovery from training is how your body gets stronger. Plus, it’s also important to invest in your relationships outside the gym - family, friends, colleagues, pets and use your fitness to enjoy other activities.
When are membership payments charged?
All membership payments are processed on the 1st day of the month. If you join mid way through a month, your payment will just be pro-rata’d.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
To cancel your membership, you just need to give us 30 days notice from your next payment date, as you are on a rolling month to month contract. We don’t tie you into contracts, because we only want you pay and come if you are happy. Tell us before the 1st, to cancel for the following month.
