Class Schedule

  • CrossFit

    We offer CrossFit classes, accessible to all. From classic benchmark workouts, to strength and skill work, and partner and team workouts at the weekend too, there is something for everyone. Everything you need to get you healthier, fitter and more body confident.

  • Gymnastics

    Starting in June, we will offer gymnastics classes for members to focus on developing the strength and coordination needed to be proficient at the high skill bodyweight movements - from muscle ups to push ups and everything in between.

  • Weightlifting

    Starting in June, we will also be adding weightlifting classes that will focus on the two olympic lifts - snatch and clean & jerk. Both developing the technique and positional strength to develop good movement mechanics for our members.
