Memberships

We have two Class memberships.
It’s really simple…

CrossFit Core
£90 pm

Our CrossFit Core membership gives you unlimited access to CrossFit Classes & Sunday Sweat - this means you can join up to 7 x Classes per week, although for most people 3-5 Classes per week is more than enough. The goal is to get you fitter & healthier, and ready for anything life throws at you.

CrossFit Flex
£99 bi-monthly

Our CrossFit Flex Membership gives you access to 10 CrossFit or Sunday Sweat Classes every two months. If you are someone with an unpredictable schedule, and can’t get to the gym consistently, this is the membership for you. It’s only £99 bi-monthly.

Add Speciality Classes
to your membership
£20 pm / £12PM

You can add speciality Gymnastics and Weightlifting classes to your membership. It gives you dedicated time to focus on the higher skilled movements in a coached environment. You can add both for £20pm or one or the other for £12pm.

Personal Coaching
Packages & Memberships

If you have a specific goal or skill you’d like to work on, you can buy Personal Coaching Packages to work 1-2-1 or Semi Privately with a Coach. Or if you are someone who knows you need to work on how you fundamentally move, or you need to correct an imbalance or to rehab an old/new injury you can work with Paul our resident Biomechanics & `Movement Specialist.

1-2-1 Personal Coaching
£40 per session

We offer 1-2-1 personal coaching for those who want to hone a particular skill, move the needle on a goal or just want 1-2-1 personal dedicated time and focus with a coach.

Semi-Private Coaching
£25 per person

If you and a training buddy / friend have a similar goal to work on, or a skill you want to focus on, you could book a semi-private session with a coach. 2-4 people per session.


1-2-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

Nutrition is a fundamental part of health and to you reaching your goals, be those health, body composition or performance. Click the button below to find out more.

Visiting from another box?

We welcome anyone visiting the area, with experience of CrossFit to come train. You can drop in for one class or one week.

If you drop in and decide to join - we will deduct the price of your drop in from your first months membership. No stress.

Got Pain when you move, Or Think you have A weakness or imbalance?

Coach Paul offers bio-mechanical assessments for members and non-members alike. These assessments access how you move, looking for any weak links within the kinematic chain that could cause pain or inefficiency.

Following the assessment, Paul will work with you to design a corrective programme to improve any weaknesses or imbalances. We all move, so these assessments are suitable for anyone, of any age and doing any sport. Paul regularly works with CrossFitters, golfers, runners and everything in between.
