Great news - come and get involved. No matter your fitness level or training history, if you’re new to CrossFit, you can book into any one of our Beginner Classes - they’re designed to give you a taste of how a class runs, introduce you to the foundational movements of CrossFit, along side the scales & progressions of the key gymnastics movements, plus give you a good workout.

What is CrossFit?

The definition of CrossFit is - constantly varied functional movements, performed at high intensity.

In practice this means we deliver a broad strength and conditioning program, designed to create positive adaptation across the 10 areas of fitness - cardio vascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

CrossFit is for everyone, no matter what age, fitness level, ability or previous training history.

What can you expect when you join?

CrossFit classes 6 days a week, plus gymnastics and weightlifting speciality classes twice a week and a Sunday Sweat conditioning class. All led by experienced coaches invested in your long term health, fitness and functional movement capability.

We follow data-driven programming written by CrossFit. It’s called CrossFit Affiliate Programming (CAP). We chose to follow CAP because it’s written by CrossFit Seminar Staff, the best CrossFit Coaches in the world, plus it gives us everything we need to deliver the very best coaching experience for you, our members.

How to get started…

Book a FREE Beginners Class
Sat - Mon - Wed

For those completely new to CrossFit, we have 2-3 x beginners class a week. These are small classes designed to teach the 9 x foundational movements in CrossFit, scales / progressions for bodyweight gymnastics movements, plus introduce the key terms & phrases used in CrossFit.

SMALL Group On Ramp
2 X 1 HOUR SESSIONS - £45

Everyone new to CrossFit, must complete the 3 x Beginners Classes. Each session covers something different to prepare you for joining main class.

You will:

  • Learn the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit

  • Gain a basic understanding of the CrossFit training methodology

  • Learn the language of CrossFit - reps, sets, AMRAPS, Metcon, WOD etc

After you have completed the On Ramp Sessions, you can graduate to main class.

Have some experience?
1 x 1-2-1 ON RAMP - £45 (60-75 MINS)

If you have some experience of functional training you might only need one session tailored to you, to cover key movements you’ve not come across yet.

Equally, if the Group On Ramp Class times don’t work with your schedule, you can complete your On Ramp sessions 1-2-1 with a coach.
