“Joined CrossFit Wrexham in October 2022 and haven't looked back. Been in most gyms around Wrexham and having recently moved closer to the box I decided to join. CrossFit was something completely out of my comfort zone but as soon as I started getting involved in the classes I was hooked! My goal was to improve my overall fitness and if I lost a few pounds in the process then that would be a bonus but not something I'd monitor. John and Chrissy have taken over the box this year and they have inspired me even more to stick with CrossFit and see where it takes me. Every class I attend the coaches accommodate for all abilities and go through every movement. I recommend CrossFit Wrexham to everyone I speak to as it's helped me maintain a regular form of exercise throughout the week and it's my drug!”

“I did 2 drop ins sessions at CrossFit Wrexham (I was visiting the area) and I was really impressed with their staff, coaching and community. I spoke directly with the owners on my options who were quick to respond and made sure I was set up before I showed up. Often when visiting CrossFit Gyms around the world I can sometimes feel like the “new kid” and isolated for not knowing the people but the Wrexham member community welcomed me instantly! Many of them came up to me because they didn’t recognise me. Really made me feel at ease. The Coaching staff is great and really attentive during class. They provided a variety of modifications/scaling options for the members. They even have “coffee club” after classes where you get to sit and chat with the coach and really get a feel for the community. I’d highly recommend checking out this gym and community if you live in the area!!”

“You won’t find a better CrossFit gym than this! I’ve been going for 3 months now & every session has been fantastic. The standard of coaching is incredible. They encourage, support & help every individual whatever their level or experience is. I’ve felt so welcome from the minute I walked in. Everyone’s so nice. This is the place to train, get fit, learn the best technique & have fun with an amazing bunch.”

“Started at CrossFit Wrexham 4 weeks ago as a complete beginner. Never set foot in a CrossFit “box” before and was I a bit daunted? Yes!! But the team were so welcoming and made everything so easy to understand for a beginner. Every member is so friendly and everyone wants everyone to be a better version of themselves. The atmosphere is amazing!
Although I wasn’t new to fitness, I definitely am not at my fittest and I know that in a few months, I’ll be right back to where I want to get to. In 4 weeks I’m around 5kg down. My advice, don’t be nervous, step forward and take the hardest step to book a trial. Commit to the On Ramp as it teaches you everything you need to be confident to graduate to classes. “Don’t think, just do!””

“A Crossfit gym is different from any other gym. It’s got great coaches, and a friendly community spirit. Everyday the workouts are different, so you never get bored of doing the same workouts. I highly recommend CrossFit Wrexham.”

“Love it. I'm not religious, so CrossFit Wrexham is my church. Great coaching, great vibe. Never have I worked so hard as in a CrossFit class. At 48, I'm as fit, strong and flexible as I was 30 years ago and I have so much fun with my good friends. Don't let the price put you off, you can easily make it back in free coffee 😂”

“Really impressed with the facilities; quality of training and support; and the whole family feel to the place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming 😁. As a complete beginner I found the fundamentals training excellent - I learnt so much and it has made the classes so much easier to settle into.”
